Fellow Travelers - Crying my eyes out

I've just binged watched Fellow Travelers for the first time. Actually I wanted to watch it when it came out last year but I wasn't in a good headspace and since I've been better I thought this might be the moment but, well...I just finished it and now I'm sitting here crying my eyes out. 

The injustice, the love, the passion, the betrayal... everything was soo soo... I have no words. I'm not American and way too young to know anything about the McCarthy Era but as a queer person I felt really deeply for what Tim and the others fought for. Pride is still a riot even though I haven't attended one in years because in Berlin it's not much of a demonstration anymore and more a big messy party... which doesn't suit the original purpose in my opinion!!! 

The Lovestory of Hawk and Tim is one of many gay man in history and to see them happy, sad and in the end (in Tim's case) dying was a bit much for me but I enjoyed the show nonetheless and the actors did a phenomenal job! 

I adore Johnny and Matt! Amazing actors!
