For that you need to 

1. Install Python (with a tick add to Path)

2. Install ycd for live chats from archived videos and yxd for subtitles (basically what filmot does) via command line (pip install xxx)

3. Get YouTube API key

4. Enter ycd and then API, yxd and then API. 

5. Enter ycd/yxd -c channellink 

There you go

Ytcommens search for all comments of a channel

Haven't tried this, but this tool may help you find deleted/privated videos. Or at least some of them.
