You can also use something like yt-dlp + ffmpeg to download these so you can clip them in full quality.  But you better have like 50GB of hard drive space.  Another possibility is to calculate which *.ts file the timestamp you want is in, download just those *.ts files, join them together, and run through ffmpeg.  Like I described here:
