When reading about the guy who accused his wife of holding in her sneezes, it raised the question of whether a much larger part of the population has at least sort-of-sexual associations with sneezing. The fact that he wants his wife to not miss out on the full release of a "real" sneeze kind of makes it seem that way--although on the other hand the fact that she would openly talk about it with her colleagues suggests that if he does, she doesn't.
