I'd like to think the director put the people in a room separately that contained something they are all allergic too and instructed them to try not to sneeze for as long as possible in front of the camera. Then, of course some people are just too allergic, too vulnerable to the itchy burning torture of the allergens that finally they couldn't help but sneeze. Link to comment
