skeletoncliquegirl
Hey guys! I haven’t used this in a while... What should I write about? I like twenty one pilots and Parappa the rapper but I have no fanfic ideas... And I know I asked this before but how do you spell sneezes? This is something I’ve had trouble with for the past couple years and I need some advice. Thanks! Link to comment
SD12
Hey! I think there's a topic somewhere in the general section titled Writing Sneezes. What I personally found helpful was reading other stories and see which spellings I liked spelled and experiment with it. Or if I heard a sneeze, I try to attach the letters to it and write it out. I think it also depends on what kinds of sneezes you're into as well. Ex. Stifles usually have an x somewhere in the middle. Hope this helps! Link to comment

Ben Drowned
@skeletoncliquegirl when I spell sneezing I just think about what it sounds like like if it's high pitched I spell my sneeze like this ---> "ASHIEZ!" or like this "ashew! shu! chu!" it just depends on how you want it to sound just picture it in your head sorry if this is late Link to comment
Mf1611
@Ben Drowned That is very good spelling at spelling sneezes it can be tough depending on the sound of the sneeze Link to comment

Mf1611
@Ben Drowned Do you get some that you would have no clue how to spell? i know i have some of those you just dont know which letters to use for it Link to comment
Ben Drowned
@Mf1611 eh it's kinda hard yes and no yes because it's hard to think of how it would sound and then how you translate it into writing no because it's you interpretation of how it sounds and sneeze spelling doesn't work with the English language when I use a stifle most of my common ones are "gnxt!, khs!,hit-gixt" it's also kinda depends on how the person already sounds anyways their sneeze can match their voice or not mine doesn't mine is high pith and my voice is deep also if the sneeze and hitching is long or short like "heh...hih. Het-chu." (that's what I would do as short) "heeeh..ahhh..HEEt-CHOOO!" (long or loud depending on punctuation) Link to comment
