Cutelittlenose Posted June 17, 2018 Share Posted June 17, 2018 So, I just found out Chapter 6 of Higurashi no naku koro ni Hou (Chapter 6 Tsumihoroboshi) just released a few days ago on Steam! And my mom said she'll go to Gamestop tomorrow and buy a Steam Card for me! And a Nintendo e-shop card! I'm in heaven! So excited. However, I still have some chapters of Higurashi left to play. And a lot of Umineko no naku koro ni left to complete as well. Each chapter for each game is 20 hours. Which one should I continue playing? Higurashi or Umineko? Link to comment

The mother asked me if I could take care of the baby she had work to do and it was an amazing experience how the baby calmed down in my arms, it played with my scarf and was totally happy Link to comment

Shay Posted June 26, 2018 Share Posted June 26, 2018 I saw my primary doctor today and brought up transgender issues for the first time with her. I was a bit nervous about it even though I was 90% sure she'd be cool with it, and she was. She's still in the process of trying to educate herself about everything, but is open and willing to learn, which is the same boat my therapist is in. The appointment went really well overall. I was able to talk to her openly and honestly about the things I'd like to explore in relation to transitioning and how that might affect some existing health conditions. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to help too much as far as referring me to specialists that could help with the stuff I want to do, so I'll have to do the legwork myself, but at least she did warn me off of my current endocrinology practice, letting me know that they refuse to treat anything to do with transgender medicine. As a small bonus, as I was leaving, I saw a notice near the reception desk that said to let them know each time you check in if your gender identity is different from your assigned at birth gender so that they'll be able to address you in a manner you're comfortable with. I can imagine it getting tedious to have to let them know each visit, but it really warmed my heart to know that they're generally open to this stuff and trying to accommodate their patients. It sounds a bit lame but I have been having a lot of trouble trusting that people like me because of a very painful break with a person I considered my best friend. But right now I have two really close friends and it makes me feel really good and kind of confident even. Link to comment
