Just a correction:in Brazilian Portuguese,cold is 'resfriado','resfriados' is the plural.

A literal translation of 'common cold' would be 'resfriado comum',having a meaning of a ordinary/common place,not serious/strong cold,where 'common' has the same meaning in this phrase:'common things'.

And 'tissue' in Portuguese is 'lenço'.

I wrote 'Brazilian Portuguese' because might have differences between Portugal and Brazil's words.
