My favorite whofics

Okay, I have a huge weakness for sneezy!Doctor, and I think a few of you do too. I assume you're just as capable of googling things as I am, but I thought I'd mention a few good fics I've found, and if anyone else has favorites you're welcome to add them to the list.

Mm, I enjoyed all of these! I really liked the Doctor/River one, too, even though they aren't my favourite pairing either she's the only person I can imagine being able to boss him around. And her feeling his forehead *swoon* though admittedly I love that in any form. I often find that fics which play up the Doctor's denial/wackiness just make him seem obnoxious, but I liked all of these a lot.

No Rory Williams? He's my Who-verse victim of choice for sick!fic.

Yes, whatever else you can say about River, she's certainly bossy. I actually really like the denial storyline in any form, but I agree that if authors go too far it can start to feel silly or OOC.

As for Rory... the poor boy already spends so much time feeling like a tagalong, I think I would just feel bad for him if he got sick. My favorite sickfics are always the ones that prey on someone who's used to being invincible and in charge - the Doctor being example numero uno.

Aw, Laura's one of my favorite authors for a quick fic of fluff, I can't tell you how excited I was when she finally got around to writing sickfic.
